The rules of the clan are listed here. Please refer to all of these if you wish to be a member. Please observe the rules if passing through Lex Space. The rules are crucial and will be referred to regularly. They must be adhered to.

1. Lex Talionis: All Clan members are required to seek revenge on any external player if the Law of Retribution is invoked by a member. More details relating the invoking the Law in the 'Lockdown' forum. 
2. If Lex Talionis is invoked on a player belonging to another clan; the Lex Talionis clan leader (or nominated representative) must contact the defendant’s clan to provide the grounds as to why.
3. Do not start a war/clan alliance without consulting the rest of the Clan
4. Any decision voted on by the clan with 75% agreement is taken as final and clan members must abide by it. In the event of a tie the Clan leader shall be given an extra Chairman’s vote.
5. A monthly fee of 1 million credits will be payable by clan members to the clan leader (or nominated representative) each month. This fee will be to cover system claim costs and also to build up a surplus with which to help future new members. New members are exempt for the first month.
6. Emergency rules and clan status changes can be introduced as required by means of clan vote (see point 3)
7. All Clan members are ranked
8. Lex Talionis is a Freelancer Clan and as such has to abide by the Freelancer code of conduct as set out by Solaris Sever below: http://solarisgaming.com/modules/newbb/vie...id=536&forum=42

   2. Freelancers may perform services for other players. These services may include Escorts and Mercenary activities.

How to Invoke Lex Talionis (Law of Retribution) & what it is?

Please follow this method closely and can only be invoked on a player or clan who is NOT a Lex Talionis:

1. A request needs to be submitted to the clan council via the lockdown forum
2. The council will vote on its merits
3. 75% support means the 'Lex Talionis' has been invoked and the person or clan will join the Enemies of the Clan list.
4. An appeasement value must be generated in the council meeting to decide what the enemy must do to clear his name.
5. The criminal person or clan is informed officially.
6. All clan members must engage in combat any person on the list on site.
